2. Services & Scope
- We provide custom website design, development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, and hosting services based on agreed project terms.
- Project timelines, pricing, and scope will be outlined in a separate contract or agreement.
- Any changes or additional requests beyond the agreed scope may result in additional costs.
3. Payments & Pricing
- Pricing for services will be agreed upon before project commencement.
- A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or service suspension.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary content, images, and materials required for the project where required.
- Ensure that all provided content is legally owned or properly licensed.
- Respond to communications promptly to avoid project delays.
5. Intellectual Property
- The final website design and development work belongs to the client upon full payment.
- We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
- Any custom code, plugins, or third-party software used in the project may be subject to separate licensing agreements.
6. Revisions & Approval
- The client is entitled to a limited number of revisions (as outlined in the project agreement).
- Any additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
- Once the final website is approved, any further modifications will be treated as a new request and billed separately.
7. Hosting & Maintenance
- If we provide website hosting, we will ensure uptime, security, and backups as per the hosting plan selected.
- We are not responsible for third-party hosting issues if the client chooses external hosting.
- Ongoing maintenance and updates may be offered as a separate service.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We will not be held liable for any downtime, loss of revenue, data breaches, or security issues beyond our control.
- We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or website traffic results.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with a written notice if terms are not met.
- Termination does not entitle the client to a refund of payments already made.
- If termination occurs before project completion, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to that point.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.
- Client information is stored securely and not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide our services.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- The latest version will always be available on our website.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates are added to a domain/website to ensure that your website visitors are secure while they browse. This is especially required if you are going to take payments through your website.
Email Accounts
As part of your website package, we will have available to you an unlimited supply of email addresses attached to your domain. If required we can also help set these up on your chosen devices.
Website Updates
When security updates are required to any software used we will make sure that they are installed without any undue worry and we will also make sure that your website is operating as it should be.
Social Media
If your Business or Organisation requires Social Media Channels to operate, we will automatically include these into the design process and implement them into your website.

Adept Decorating is a family-run painting and decorating business established in 2000, based in Gateshead near Newcastle, Tyne and Wear. Malcolm Woods the owner wished to have an online presence so that he could gain new leads for work opportunities and stay ahead of his competitors. Infinity Web Creations were only to glad to help Malcolm and created a fully responsive, easy to use website that ranks high in search engines and in turn provides Malcolm with a new way of obtaining regular customers.

Andy Roberts of CWPG reached out to ourselves to see if we could provide a range of services which includes amongst others Hosting for the groups websites, client project domain registration as well as providing email marketing templates when required. We have been working with CWPG for over 10yrs.
DLI Association South Shields
The DLI Association South Shields branch is a no profit organisation who’s main purpose is to provide support for ex military service personnel and their families. We were approached by the branch secretary and asked if we could design them a simple but informative website that from time to time the branch could maintain. We were only to glad to provide assistance to this worthwhile cause with a fully responsive website along with email provision, domain registration and hosting for the branch.
