1. Ownership of Content
Once a project fee has been paid in full to Infinity Web Creations, any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to you for inclusion in the website will be owned by you the website owner. The right to use the content resides entirely with you the website owner. Therefore, in the event of any duplication of the content by a third party, Infinity Web Creations Ltd will not be held liable.
2. Disclaimer
Infinity Web Creations assumes you have permission as the rightful business/website owner to use any images or design elements you provide for inclusion within the website. You will hold Infinity Web Creations liable from any claim or suit arising from using such elements.
3. User Agreement
You agree to allow Infinity Web Creations to display graphics and other web content elements as examples of our work in our portfolio and as content features in other projects. Infinity Web Creations also retains the right to place its business logo and business url link at the bottom of the website page(s) for copyright purposes.
The agreement in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between you the business owner and Infinity Web Creations regarding all items included. A more in depth Terms and Conditions is available upon request.
